On another note...do you have any experience with Lecithin and prevention of plugged ducts (Dr. Sears recommended it)? I just suffered through a horrible case of mastitis due to a plugged duct the baby, pumping, and warm compresses couldn't get rid of and I never want to experience this again. I'm taking 1200 twice a day but I think I'm supposed to up it to 4 times a day. Hi
